SOLAR+ Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) contain important information regarding the Solar+ Rewards Program. Please read the following Solar+ Rewards Program Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and PHILERGY and will govern your participation in any and all Solar+ Rewards offers.

Participating in the SOLAR+ Rewards (“Program”) offered by PHILERGY Inc. (“PHILERGY”) entitles individuals participating in the Program (“Members”) to take advantage of certain rewards (“Rewards”) that may change from time to time and, which may be made available for limited times, all as determined by PHILERGY in its sole discretion. PHILERGY reserves the right to modify these SOLAR+ Rewards Program Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to you, so it is important to check the SOLAR+ Rewards Program Terms and Conditions periodically at https://philergy.com/solarrewards. Participation in the Program or redemption of Rewards is considered acceptance of these SOLAR+ Rewards Program Terms and Conditions and any modified terms included therein.

 

Program Period

This Program will continue until terminated, suspended, modified, or converted to another rewards program by PHILERGY (the “Program Period”).

Eligibility and Membership Qualifications

To become a Member of the Program, you must be a legal resident of the Philippines and be 18 years of age or older. Consequently, member should be professionals in the construction industry (e.g., roofers, contractors, builders, architects, developers, interior designers, engineers, project managers, surveyors). PHILERGY reserves the right to determine who may or may not participate in the Program. 

 

Program Enrollment

To enroll in the Program, you simply need to fill up the information sheet that will be provided by any PHILERGY representative, through rewards@philergy.com or by calling PHILERGY’s service hotline (02 638 8277) to be able to get your official SOLAR+ Partner Number (“Partner Number”).

• 300 POINTS - 3D2N staycation at EDSA Shangri-La (with breakfast)

• 500 POINTS - 3D2N stay at Anya Resort Tagaytay (Soak, Bask, Recharge Package)

• 750 POINTS - Two (2) solar panels extension

• 1,500 POINTS - Free 1 kWp solar energy system

• 3,000 POINTS - Free 3 kWp solar energy system

 

Earning SOLAR+ Rewards Points

Once you have become a Member, you can begin accumulating SOLAR+ points (“Points”) every successful referral. Successful referral warrants that the solar installation has been done and the client has already paid in full. Each kWp sold from the successful referral is equivalent to 10 Points which can be used to redeem exclusive Rewards.

Moreover, all individuals enrolling and/or participating in the Program represent and warrant that they are duly authorized to act on behalf of the company they represent. In special cases, the Member and its affiliates in the same company may be allowed to be considered as a single Program Member with one Partner Number (e.g. Member is the owner of the company).

 

SOLAR+ Points Redemption

To redeem your Points, simply e-mail rewards@philergy.com your intent to claim a reward. Processing the Rewards may take up to 90 days, and subject to availability. The redeemed Points will be subtracted to your total accumulated SOLAR+ rewards Points. Points are not redeemable for cash. PHILERGY make no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, and expressly disclaim all liability (including consequential damages) with respect to type, quality or fitness of goods or services provided through the Program.

 

SOLAR+ Points Balance

Your SOLAR+ Rewards Points will be e-mailed to your registered e-mail monthly. Consequently, you may inquire about your Points by emailing rewards@philergy.com.

 

SOLAR+ Points Expiration

Points will expire 12 months from the date they were earned unless the Member accumulates additional Points before the expiration. Previously earned Points will then follow the latest accumulated Points’ expiration.

 

Termination

PHILERGY may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the SOLAR+ Program and/or any Reward at any time, including the availability of any Reward. PHILERGY may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any Member’s participation in the Program for breach of this Terms and Conditions, or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Terms and Conditions. PHILERGY reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit any Member from participating in any aspect of the Program if PHILERGY deems or suspects that such Member has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following: (a) acting in violation of the Program Terms and Conditions; or (b) acting with intent to annoy, harass or abuse any other person; or (c) any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behavior or activity; or (d) activity deemed in the sole discretion of PHILERGY to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program. Any decision PHILERGY makes relating to termination or suspension of any Member’s participation in the Program shall be final and binding in all respects. PHILERGY shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these SOLAR+ Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

 

Release

Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of PHILERGY, by participating in the Program, Members release PHILERGY and PHILERGY management and employees from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Program or the use of any SOLAR+ Rewards.

 

Governing Law

The laws of the Philippines shall govern these SOLAR+ Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Member hereby expressly consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in the Philippines for all matters arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or Member’s participation in the Program.

 

General

PHILERGY has the right to add, change, limit, modify or cancel Program rules, regulations, rules for earning and redeeming Points, Rewards, reward levels, redemption levels, processes, benefits, and Program affiliates at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of points already accumulated, the ability to use accumulated points, or the ability to obtain certain rewards.
